If you purchased from an EliteDrive Dealer, please reach out to them directly, and they will handle your refund under our Money-Back Guarantee.

To qualify for a refund, the EliteDrive Throttle Controller must be returned in ‘AS NEW’ condition. We understand this doesn’t mean “brand new in the box,” but the product must be free from scratches or damage. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered under the Money-Back Guarantee.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will repair, replace, or refund any valid warranty claims. In most cases, issues arise from a crimped cable or faulty connection, and a full replacement is typically offered. However, EliteDrive Australia will assess each claim individually to determine the best solution.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, accidental damage during installation or use, misuse, abuse, or deliberate damage. If the product has been improperly installed or damaged after purchase, the warranty will not apply.

This warranty applies to personal-use vehicles only, meaning it’s valid for cars, trucks, and SUVs used by individual owners. However, it does not apply to commercial or business vehicles, including fleet vehicles, rideshare cars (Uber, Lyft), taxis, rental cars, or any work-related vehicles.
