At Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia we understand that buying 4x4 accessories and upgrades for your vehicle online can be daunting.  Of course you want to get the slick new gear but "WILL IT FIT MY VEHICLE???"

That's why at Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australiawe ask that when you are buying new gear for your vehicle, that you enter your Registration Number & State on the product page, then ADD TO CART.  This information is transferred to our Team with your order.  They will then do a Fitment Check prior to despatch to ensure that the product is right for your vehicle type.  They might even get in contact with you to discuss further.  Ensuring peace of mind.

But of course, by law we are required to give you the full "Refund Policy", which you'll find below.  If you have any questions our team are available via online chat.

Refund Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia will not provide a refund or replacement where consumer guarantees do not apply i.e. you got what you asked for but have simply changed your mind, found it cheaper, decided you didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Refunds are at the complete discretion of the management.

Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or where:

  • The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The item is unsafe, or
  • The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.

If you can’t provide proof of purchase, you may provide a bank statement which shows the transaction or a photo of the receipt. In the event that there is no way to determine that the product was purchased from the selected Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia store, it will be at that Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia discretion as to whether they provide a refund or replacement.

In some instances, Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS

Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia will not offer return, exchange or refund on sale items unless the product is faulty.

RETURNING OF PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING

​Due to the nature of the products we sell, shipping your return is not possible. You may need to return the product in question to your local Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia showroom.

In some instances if you are unable to get to the Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia, the a representative of Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia may be able to come to you, however there may be a call out fee that will apply.

Returns due to change of mind or incorrect product selection will need to be returned to Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia at the customers expense. 

The product must be unopened, unused and in original condition. After products are returned to Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia and deemed in original condition and suitable for resale, the cost of the goods, less original freight costs paid by the customer will be returned to the customer in the same format in which the original payment was made. A restocking fee may be applicable for some items. If the item was delivered via a free shipping offer then the actual cost of freight incurred by Coburn Aftermarket Pty Ltd / EliteDrive Australia will be deducted from the return amount.

INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED

Returns due to wrong product delivery will require the customer to email or SMS an image of the incorrect product. After which the correct product will be dispatched along with paid return freight details/labels.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised that cancellations made via email prior to product dispatch via will be processed and refunded without a penalty.
