    Delivery Acceptance

    Orders have several means of delivery including Australia Post, Sendle & various freight companies. Items will be left at your chosen delivery location, with Authority To Leave, unless you have specifically requested otherwise. If you do require a signature and if there's no one at home to sign for the parcel or a 'to the door' service is not available in your area, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your order.

    Once your parcel has been delivered to your chosen location you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

    Please note, we do not accept deliveries to Parcel Collection boxes or lockers.
